Our modern nautical styled two bedroom cottage is situated in a quiet cul de sac. Downstairs the cosy lounge has 2 comfortable 2 seater sofas, a brand new 40’’ flat screen digital TV with Freeview, plus and DVD player which we supply is available a range of films. You can wine and dine in the spacious dining room which has table and seating for 4-6 plus highchair, it leads on to double doors and a decked eating area.

The garden is ideal for children to play in as it is safe and secure. Our newly refurbished kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances expected of high-quality accommodation: fitted units, electric hob, fan assisted oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. On this floor there is a thermostatically controlled shower cubicle and WC.

Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms, the master is a large airy double bed with memory foam mattress, duvet, bedside tables with lamps, radio alarm, dressing table, fully fitted wardrobes, fitted carpet, a Greco travel cot available as required.

The second bedroom overlooks the pretty back garden, with two single beds, with duvets, bedside lamp and table, a large 4 drawer unit and single wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with a bath (incorporating a thermostatically controlled shower) and washbasin. A separate WC upstairs.

All bed linen and tea towels are included, the property is cleaned at each turn around.
